Portfolio & CV

How do I work?

Understanding projects from multiple perspectives. You must ensure to take into account business decisions, user needs, and value propositions. To make the right decisions, you need to ask the right questions.

To start

01

Ask the right questions

  • What is the market need for the product or service?
  • How does the product or service compare to competitors?
  • What is the value proposition of the product compared to competitors?
  • Who is the target audience?

02

Competitor Analysis

Competitor analysis allows you to understand their strategies, strengths, and weaknesses, identify market opportunities and threats, and make strategic decisions for the business. In summary, it provides a comprehensive view of the landscape and helps gain a competitive advantage.

03

Value proposition

Once the competitor analysis is completed and you understand how it operates and what makes it attractive to customers, it’s time to propose and create a value proposition that adds that extra something and convinces the customer to choose our product over others.

04

Identifying the target audience

To identify our target audience, we use demographic statistics and tools such as surveys, sales data analysis, and market studies. We not only rely on our own data but also analyze information from competitors. These sources provide valuable insights into who our potential customers are and how we can effectively reach them.

Design thinking

Design Thinking is an approach to problem-solving that focuses on deeply understanding users, generating creative ideas, and quickly testing solutions to find the best ones. It’s a collaborative and flexible process aimed at innovating and improving the user experience.
