LUNACY
Lunacy is a digital agency known for its fresh and innovative approach. Their proposal is to break the mold of simple and boring design that inundates the current market. We are saturated with seeing the same thing over and over again, with everyone using the same formula without venturing beyond the conventional.
I was tasked with creating the prototype of the website, taking into account its style and creative nature.

Firsts steps
The process began with an initial meeting with the brand’s team to immerse ourselves in the world of Lunacy. During this session, we aimed to delve into all key aspects of the brand: from its identity to its purpose. We requested and gathered all relevant information to thoroughly understand the essence of Lunacy.
The brand has a distinct visual identity characterized by strong contrasts, striking elements, patterns, collages, and an overall bold style.
Objectives
Create a user-friendly and readable website to convert leads.
Establish a strong online presence.
Allow users to access agency services 24/7.
Develop a competitive product that enhances the value proposition.
Target audience
These are, among several statistics, the ones that helped form a solid picture and a strong foundation to begin with.
Competitive analysis
Examples and benchmarks were taken from international, national, and local levels to identify value propositions, how users were currently addressing their needs, product and service design, as well as the strategies implemented to acquire and retain customers. Additionally, technological innovation and industry best practices were analyzed.
This analysis provided a comprehensive and comparative view, offering valuable insights to enhance our own offerings and market strategies.
Value proposition
There are thousands of options out there that users can choose to satisfy their needs. It’s crucial to offer compelling reasons for them to choose our proposition, emphasizing our quality, experience, and commitment to their success.
“We are here to offer you innovative, useful, and high-quality options, helping you make transparent decisions that drive your success.”
Information architecture
The essential information was defined, identifying key points, services offered, and relevant data. Content prioritization ensured that the most important elements are easily accessible, followed by a logical organization of information into categories and subcategories.
Low-fidelity prototypes were created to map out the basic structure and layout of information, which are tested and adjusted based on user feedback. Finally, detailed design is implemented and all information is integrated, followed by review from the brand and previously contacted users.
